If you are trying to stretch your dollar a little further and get a larger footprint take note of this study of Brooklyn neighborhoods. New York real estate firm StreetEasy published a January 2022 Market Report detailing the best neighborhood values and the flip side of that coin. The top five neighborhoods for most space for your money included Brownsville, Canarsie, East New York, Flatbush and Bergen Beach. The bottom five? Usual suspect trendy neighborhoods Cobble Hill, DUMBO, Boerum Hill, Brooklyn Heights and Downtown Brooklyn.
